🔧 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer with deep expertise in cloud architecture, implementation, migration, and advanced troubleshooting. The role involves acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading complex cloud initiatives, resolving high-severity incidents, and supporting mission-critical business workloads.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Alibaba Cloud architectures

Lead cloud migration projects and modernization initiatives

Act as L3 escalation point for complex technical issues

Troubleshoot performance, security, and availability problems

Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability

Ensure best practices for cloud security and compliance

Collaborate with application, DevOps, and business teams

✅ Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud services (ECS, OSS, VPC, SLB, RDS, etc.)

Expertise in cloud architecture design and workload migration

Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Experience with networking, security, and high-availability setups

Scripting/automation experience (Shell, Python, Terraform preferred)

Excellent communication and documentation skills

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Alibaba Cloud certifications (Associate/Professional level)

Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments
