**Job Description:**

Practease is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The role involves generating business for the company in the Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh regions, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This position requires frequent travel.


– Identify and target potential clients in the Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh regions to generate new business opportunities.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
– Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
– Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets and objectives.
– Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.


– Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT or software industry.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong networking abilities and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
