**About the Role:**
Raya Properties and Hotel Raya Inn are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the complete accounting functions of a 3-star hotel in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel accounting and financial management.
**Responsibilities:**
– Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
– Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
– Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
– Assist with tax planning and compliance.
– Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
– Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
