Voice of Sales
Job Roles:
Work as the first point of contact for potential customers via calls.
Generate sales leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM/software.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting
Call potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain company services/products in a convincing manner.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Sales Conversion
Persuade interested customers to visit site/project/location.
Share offers, pricing, and project details with prospects.
Achieve monthly/weekly sales or appointment targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle inbound queries politely and professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested clients until closure.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer doubts.
Coordination
Work closely with field sales teams to schedule meetings/site visits.
Share qualified leads with managers for further action.
Update customer status and feedback in reports/CRM.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up records.
Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
Skills Needed: Good communication, persuasion skills, patience, basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM), customer handling ability.

KPIs (Performance Metrics): Number of calls made, leads generated, site visits scheduled, sales closed.
