Customer Support Executive (Rotational Shift)

Location: Mohali , Gurugram and Indore (only locals of these locations)

Salary:₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

*Freshers and Experienced both can apply

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle customer queries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
– Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
– Work in a rotational shift pattern, including weekends.

**Requirements:**
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
– Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
