### **Job Description:**

Sanweld Electrodes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, leading a sales team, and driving business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

– **Client Relationship Management:**
– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
– Schedule and conduct meetings and site visits as needed.
– Negotiate terms between clients and property managers/owners.

– **Team Leadership:**
– Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
– Generate revenue through effective team management and sales strategies.
– Ensure the sales team is adequately resourced and well-directed.

– **Business Development:**
– Acquire new clients through corporate tie-ups and business development efforts.
– Develop business relationships with new and existing clients.
– Perform cold calling followed by client meetings to secure new business.

### **Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:**

– Basic proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Industrial sales experience is preferred.
