Job Title:
1. Blow Moulding Operator
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate blow moulding machines for nylon-based product manufacturing.
2. Set up, adjust, and monitor machine parameters to ensure smooth production.
3. Handle moulds and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
4. Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and defects.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
6. Perform routine maintenance and report any machine issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in blow moulding operations (nylon products preferred).
2. Knowledge of machine handling and moulding processes.
3. Ability to troubleshoot minor machine problems.
4. Attention to detail and quality standards.
Educational Qualification:
1. To be specified by the employer.
Candidate Profile:
1. Hardworking and reliable individual with willingness to learn.
2. Prior experience in plastic/nylon moulding will be an advantage.
