**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records.
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
– Provide support during audits and tax filings.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations is preferred.
