Operation Theatre Technition

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated OT Technician to assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operation theatre, handling surgical instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries

Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment

Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations

Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in OT

Check and maintain OT equipment and supplies

Follow hospital safety and hygiene protocols

Assist in patient shifting and positioning when required

Maintain OT records and inventory

Requirements / Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT procedures

Ability to work in shifts, including emergencies

Good communication and teamwork skills
