– Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

– Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
– Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and catering services.
– Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, including labor and food costs.
– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in the culinary industry.
– Extensive knowledge of a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
– Strong leadership and management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
