**Job Description:**

Shankara Hyundai Raipur is seeking a diligent and experienced Spare Parts Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory management of spare parts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of part numbers and cataloging systems.

**Responsibilities:**

– Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts.
– Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates.
– Generate regular inventory reports and analyze data to optimize stock levels.
– Ensure proper documentation and tracking of part numbers.
– Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure availability of parts.
– Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
– Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in spare parts.
– Strong knowledge of part numbers and cataloging systems.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
– Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
