We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide desktop support services. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical queries, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
➡️ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
➡️ Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
➡️ Assist users with IT queries and ensure timely resolution
➡️ Coordinate with IT team for network and system support
➡️ Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
➡️ Knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, and common applications
➡️ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
➡️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
➡️ Prior experience in desktop support preferred (freshers may also apply)
