Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Wealth Manager Team Leader / Wealth Manager (Back Office). The role involves managing client portfolios, supporting sales teams, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth back-office functions in the wealth management and life insurance segment.
Key Responsibilities

For Wealth Manager:
• Manage and service client investment and insurance portfolios
• Provide financial advisory support and product information
• Coordinate with sales teams for documentation and policy processing
• Handle back-office operations, data management, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

For Wealth Manager Team Leader:
• Lead and supervise a team of Wealth Managers
• Monitor team performance and drive business targets
• Provide training, mentoring, and operational guidance
• Review reports, client documentation, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with senior management on strategy and performance

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
• 2–8 years of experience in life insurance, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Leadership skills (for Team Leader role)
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
