#### Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring we have the right talent in place to execute our business strategy and maintain a productive, engaged workforce. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while also handling day-to-day people management responsibilities.

#### Key Responsibilities:
– **Talent Acquisition:** Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
– **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances and conflicts.
– **Performance Management:** Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular feedback and development.
– **Compliance:** Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
– **Training & Development:** Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
– **HR Strategy:** Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
– **Compensation & Benefits:** Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation planning to ensure competitive and fair practices.
– **HR Administration:** Manage HR records, employee contracts, and other administrative duties.

#### Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to lead and motivate a team.
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
