As a TELECALLER/BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls. Your role will involve modifying sales pitches based on customer demand, acquiring and retaining contact information databases, and ensuring a smooth procedure for consumers.

**Responsibilities:**

– Interact with customers through live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls.
– Modify sales pitches in response to customer demand and preferences.
– Acquire and retain contact information databases for effective communication.
– Put forward suggestions in accordance with consumer requirements.
– Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt sales pitches to meet customer needs.
– Proficient in using various communication channels.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
