Job Overview
SoulBol is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Executive (Consultant Management) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing consultants, ensuring that they deliver high-quality sessions and programs aligned with SoulBol’s service standards. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to maintain a high level of consultant performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultant Onboarding & Orientation
- Onboard new consultants and ensure they fully understand SoulBol’s service standards, operational processes, and client expectations.
- Provide the necessary support and documentation for consultants to begin delivering sessions efficiently.
2. Consultant Schedule & Performance Management
- Monitor consultant schedules and ensure all sessions, programs, and commitments are delivered on time.
- Track consultant performance metrics and ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
- Manage attendance, availability, and adherence to assigned timelines.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all consultants adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and quality guidelines.
- Identify and address any performance or compliance issues promptly.
- Escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
4. Feedback & Improvement
- Regularly provide constructive feedback to consultants to improve performance and maintain alignment with SoulBol’s mission and client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with consultants to enhance program delivery, client communication, and overall satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in consultant coordination, operations, or business management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple consultants and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with online scheduling tools, CRM software, or HR management systems is an advantage.
