Job Title: Marketing Executive – Fire Fighting Systems

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships in the fire fighting and safety industry.
Market and promote fire fighting systems and safety equipment to commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable fire safety solutions in line with local fire norms and NBC regulations.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for preparing proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
Achieve sales targets and meet business development objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Participate in site visits, technical meetings, and presentations to support project acquisition.
Maintain CRM records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire & Safety Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing of fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, hydrant & sprinkler systems, or related fire safety equipment.
Good understanding of NFPA, NBC, and local fire safety codes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
Preferred:
Experience with tendering, estimation, and project coordination.
Existing network or contacts within builders, architects, contractors, or facility management firms.
