Working Shift: Day Shift Only
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

JOB ROLE

Tag Natural is looking for skilled and technically qualified Machine Operators for its Gurugram factory unit.
The ideal candidates should have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating packaging and production machinery, along with basic technical understanding of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Operate and monitor packaging machines, including:
Bundling Machine
Flow Wrapping Machine
Hot Stamping Machine
Pouch Packaging Machine
🔹 Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic operational checks.
🔹 Ensure smooth machine operations and achieve daily production targets.
🔹 Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent production quality.
🔹 Identify machine faults, operational issues, and breakdowns and report them to the maintenance team.
🔹 Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and routine inspections.
🔹 Assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
🔹 Ensure proper handling and utilisation of raw materials and packaging materials.
🔹 Minimise production wastage and maintain machine efficiency.
🔹 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production instructions.
🔹 Maintain machine operation records and production reports.
🔹 Follow all factory safety rules, equipment safety procedures, and workplace hygiene standards.
🔹 Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the production area.
