Job Role & Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll support.
Coordinate recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist in compliance tasks.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (BBA/BBM/Commerce/HR specialization preferred).
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in HR/administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willing to learn and grow with the company.
