Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail center with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through Tamilmatrimony services and offerings.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively present suitable solutions to customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall store revenue.
• Process customer registrations and transactions using POS systems and internal platforms.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a professional environment.
• Manage and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or service issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in retail sales, relationship management, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
