Job Description
Network Field Support Engineer
1. Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, access points, and cabling.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end users.
3. Travel to client locations for installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
4. Perform on-site network troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching.
2. Basic knowledge of Computer/Desktop/Laptop & printers.
3. Willing to travel on-site at customer premises for support.
4. Should have his own vehicle with Valid driver’s license.
