🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Professional with proven experience in B2B sales to drive growth in metro and Tier 1 cities. The ideal candidate will combine strong negotiation skills with deep product knowledge and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
📌 Key Responsibilities
– Generate leads and expand client base in HoReCa and institutional segments.
– Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
– Customize solutions and prepare proposals for hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
– Manage projects from proposal to installation, coordinating with operations teams.
– Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales forecasts/reports.
🛠️ Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
– 5+ years of experience in foodservice equipment sales or related industry.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and solutions.
– Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced markets.
