We are looking for a Store Manager for our client, Lenskart, to join their dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
– Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
– Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
– Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally.
– Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
– Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
– Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
– Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
– Minimum qualification: Graduate.
– Ability to act as a link between strategy and execution.
– Ability to develop and inspire people to achieve their best.
– Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships.
– Ability to understand stated and unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions.
– Clear communication and active listening skills.
– Ability to adapt to a changing environment and openness to learn.
