**Overview:**
Total Solutions Group (TSG) is looking for an experienced Optometrist to audit eye test clinics/stores for compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care, and clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Audit optometry clinics for clinical, operational, and administrative compliance.
– Check adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
– Assess clinical procedures and patient care practices for accuracy and efficiency.
– Ensure proper use of diagnostic techniques and equipment.
– Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
– Review clinic workflows and patient management systems.
– Suggest improvements for clinic operations.
– Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
– Present audit results to management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**
– Optometrist certified from an accredited institution.
– Valid optometry license.
– 0-2 years of clinical experience in optometry.
– Strong knowledge of optometry regulations and standards.
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
– Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site audits and remote report preparation.
