**Job Description:**
Turnkey Service is currently seeking experienced candidates to join our team as Electrical Technicians. The ideal candidates will have expertise in electrical house wiring, chipping, and knowledge of IWAN (Integrated Wiring Access Network) systems in high-rise buildings.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
– Perform house wiring for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring proper connections and adherence to electrical codes.
– Carry out chipping work for cable routing and installation.
– Install, troubleshoot, and maintain IWAN systems for efficient networking and communication within high-rise buildings.
– Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
– Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
– Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
**Requirements:**
