Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Estimator at UniCalibre Solutions LLC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Flooring Professional to support commercial
and/or residential flooring projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of flooring
materials, takeoffs, estimating, with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining
accuracy and quality

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate
flooring takeoffs and estimates
Measure and calculate material quantities for various flooring types, including carpet, LVT,
tile, hardwood, and specialty flooring
Analyze project requirements, material costs and waste factors.
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals within required deadlines
Track project changes, addendums, and revisions, updating estimates accordingly
Assist with material pricing quotes.
Finalize bid proposal in Structures software.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in flooring estimating, project coordination, or a related construction
role
Strong understanding of commercial and/or residential flooring systems.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Proficiency with takeoff and estimating tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, MeasureSquare, or
RFMS Measure or similar software)
Solid math skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple bids or projects
simultaneously
Strong communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
