### **About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our team at Uniglobe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of our premium agro-investment projects.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and digital platforms.
* Present and explain Uniglobe’s investment projects (Red Sandalwood farms & plots).
* Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
* Participate in promotional activities, events, and client meetings.

### **Requirements**
* Minimum 6 months – 2 years of sales/marketing experience (real estate, banking, insurance, or agro projects preferred).
* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
* Good negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Should be willing to travel locally.
