As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries about products and services, and resolving various customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

– Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and courteously.
– Provide accurate information and assistance in response to customer inquiries.
– Resolve customer complaints effectively; escalate issues as needed.
– Follow communication scripts and ensure adherence to company policies.
– Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

**Requirements:**

– High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
– Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
– Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Customer-focused with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
