We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves explaining products or services, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers or attend inbound calls
Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales when required
Maintain and update customer information in the system
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets
Maintain a professional and polite tone during all conversations
Coordinate with the sales or support team when necessary
