Job Description: Product Demo & Training Specialist
Position: Product Demo & Training Specialist
Department: Pre-Sales & Post-Sales
Location: Pan-India (Travel Involved)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Demo & Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves travelling to client locations to conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical enablement sessions for our EdTech hardware solutions such as Interactive Flat Panels, Podiums, LED Walls, OPS, and related products.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver engaging demonstrations and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site and online product demonstrations for clients, partners, and institutions.
Provide hands-on training to teachers, staff, and end-users on IFPs, podiums, LED walls, OPS systems, and other EdTech devices.
Support the pre-sales team by showcasing product features, benefits, and use cases.
Assist the post-sales team in successful onboarding and smooth adoption of products.
Troubleshoot minor user-level technical issues during demo/training visits.
Document demo feedback, client requirements, and training reports.
Collaborate with the technical team for product improvements based on user insights.
Represent the company professionally during visits, events, and exhibitions.
Travel frequently as per business requirements (travel expenses covered by the company).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in product training, customer support, or technical demonstrations (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Basic understanding of hardware devices, display technologies, and software interfaces.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
