Job Description:
→ We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused, and professional Front Desk Executive to join our resort team in Jawhar, Maharashtra. As the face of the property, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out
→ Handle reservations, inquiries, room allocations, and walk-in queries
→ Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
→ Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams
→ Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
→ Process payments, invoices, and daily cash transactions
→ Assist in upselling rooms, experiences, and resort services
→ Ensure reception area is well-maintained and welcoming

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
→ 1–2 years of experience in hotel/resort front office or hospitality operations preferred
→ Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism (preferred, not required)
→ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
→ Pleasant personality with professional appearance and positive attitude
→ Good computer skills; familiarity with hotel PMS software is an advantage
→ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
→ Strong problem-solving and guest-handling skills
