Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Female Telecalling Executives to join our team for a full-time permanent position. This is a no-target-based job involving outbound calls. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting the database provided by the company using scripts and effectively converting leads.
Job Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database and scripts.
– Explain the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
– Generate and qualify leads through the calls made.
– Record and maintain accurate information about the leads and conversations.
– Meet daily and monthly call targets to contribute to the team’s goals.
– Follow up on leads and set up appointments for further discussions with the sales team.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team objectives.
– Adhere to guidelines and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Job Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
– Ability to effectively use scripts to communicate with customers.
– Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Job Timing:
9:45 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
Salary and Benefits:
– Salary: Up to 15,000 per month
– Monthly Incentives: 5,000 to 50,000 based on performance
– Other benefits as per company policies
