Job Description

Zubar Enterprises is hiring a Sales Manager – FASTag Sales to manage on-ground FASTag sales operations at toll plazas and highway locations. The role involves leading field sales teams, driving customer acquisition, ensuring compliance with NPCI & IHMCL guidelines, and achieving sales targets for IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FASTag sales at toll plazas and highway locations

• Lead and motivate field sales teams to achieve targets

• Ensure adherence to NPCI and IHMCL compliance guidelines

• Coordinate with toll operators, OEM dealers, and partners

• Handle MIS reporting and daily sales tracking (Excel)

• Drive customer acquisition and territory expansion
