**Responsibilities:**
– Perform physical examinations to assess patients’ health needs and issues.
– Administer prescriptions, treatments, initiate infusions, adjust dosages, and interpret special tests.
– Provide direct care to patients who are injured, disabled, ill, or recovering.
– Review and maintain accurate medical records.
– Develop and implement individualized care plans.
– Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
– Arrange and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
– Supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and aides.
– Educate patients about medical conditions and treatment plans.
– Maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable working environment.
– Prepare patient rooms, medical equipment, and ensure equipment decontamination.
– Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.

**Qualifications:**
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
– Valid nursing license from Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
– Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role preferred.
– Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
– Sound understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
– Compassionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
