A Tempo Driver’s primary duty is to safely and promptly transport goods or passengers to their destination using a tempo vehicle. This job is crucial for transporting goods and passengers in both urban and rural areas. Below are the detailed responsibilities and qualifications for a Tempo Driver:

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Vehicle Safety:**
– Regularly inspect the vehicle, including the engine, brakes, lights, and other mechanical parts.
2. **Driving:**
– Drive carefully on the assigned route and follow traffic rules.
3. **Loading and Unloading:**
– Properly load and unload goods or passengers into the tempo.
4. **Customer Interaction:**
– Communicate politely with customers and address their needs.
5. **Time Management:**
– Deliver goods on time and reach the destination punctually.

**Qualifications:**
1. **License:**
– Must possess a commercial driving license.
2. **Experience:**
– At least 1 year of experience is required to effectively handle traffic conditions.
3. **Physical Ability:**
– Should have the physical capability to handle heavy goods and drive for long periods.
