Sunny Elastomers, a leading rubber manufacturing company, is looking for motivated and hardworking **Labour Factory Workers** to join our team at our Vasai East facility. This is an entry-level role that does not involve any loading or unloading work. The selected candidates will assist in the production process and perform various manual tasks within the factory to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the manufacturing of rubber products.
– Operate basic machinery under supervision.
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
– Perform general factory duties as assigned by supervisors.
– Ensure quality standards are met during production.
– Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
