Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Take shorthand notes and prepare official correspondence.

  • Track, monitor, and close pending tasks efficiently.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent follow-up and task closure ability.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in shorthand for note-taking (preferred).

  • High professional integrity, discretion, and honesty.
