Job Description
Role Overview:
This position involves sourcing Reference Listed Drugs (RLD) and Comparator drugs from EU markets. The role requires building and managing supplier networks, negotiating contracts, coordinating with logistics and internal teams, and ensuring timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source RLD/Comparator drugs from EU markets.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with vendors.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate data in SAP/CRM systems.
Prepare MIS reports and track sourcing activities.
Plan shipment pickups and monitor delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Experience in pharmaceutical sourcing or related domain preferred.
Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems is an advantage.
