Talent Tree Tracers is urgently hiring a Gem Portal Executive to manage and support operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. The ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end GeM processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Manage product listing, bidding, and tender participation on GeM Portal

Handle order processing, documentation, and compliance requirements

Monitor notifications, respond to queries, and track bid status

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and delivery timelines

Ensure timely submission of quotations and manage contract renewals

Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed
Requirements

Prior experience working on the GeM Portal is mandatory
