Job Description

HVAC Draftsman and Designer with 5 years of experience in preparing detailed HVAC drawings for pharmaceutical facilities and commercial projects. Skilled in ducting, piping, ventilation layouts, and cleanroom requirements, with strong knowledge of GMP standards. Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of converting design concepts into accurate, practical, and compliant drawings. Known for attention to detail, coordination with project teams, and delivering clear, high-quality drawings within deadlines.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design for pharmaceutical and commercial projects.
2. Strong ability to prepare HVAC layouts, including ducting, piping, ventilation, and equipment placement as per project standards
3. Proficient in preparing detailed HVAC shop drawings for ducting systems and equipment layouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD for developing detailed drawings and updating revisions as required
5. Skilled in MS Office for documentation, BOQ preparation, and report formatting.
6. Capable of coordinating with project engineers, architects, and MEP teams for clash-free design execution
7. Able to convert design inputs into technical drawings with high accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and support site teams with drawing clarifications.
9. Good understanding of cleanroom concepts, GMP requirements, and classifications such as Class B, C, D, and CNC.
