Job Opening: Assistant Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately to patients
• Organize, maintain, and update pharmacy inventory and stock records
• Check and remove expired or damaged medicines from shelves
• Support billing, cash handling, and processing customer orders
• Provide basic information to customers and guide them to the pharmacist for detailed queries
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of medicines in the pharmacy
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock deliveries
• Update patient and prescription details in pharmacy software/records
Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in Pharmacy (D.Pharm preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
• Familiarity with billing systems and pharmacy software
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
