Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated B.Pharm graduate with strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products to join our team as a Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for selling pharmaceutical products to customers while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products.
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct product presentations and explain medicine benefits and usage.
* Ensure availability and visibility of products in assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or related field.
* Good knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel within assigned territory.
* Basic computer and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation

* Fixed salary + performance incentives
