Job Description

The Delivery Boy is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers. The role includes collecting items from the warehouse or store, delivering them to assigned locations, handling payments if required, and maintaining a professional attitude while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up products from the store/warehouse as per delivery schedule

Deliver items to customers within the assigned area on time

Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and order items

Collect cash or digital payments, if applicable, and submit them to the office

Obtain customer acknowledgment/signature after delivery

Ensure goods are handled carefully to avoid damage

Maintain delivery records and daily reports

Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition

Coordinate with the supervisor/office for delivery updates
