Job Description

Role Overview
The job is mainly about finding, screening, and hiring candidates for the company.
It is mostly Non-IT / BPO recruitment with bulk hiring.
Shift:
General shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

WFO (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities
These are the main tasks you will do in this role:
1. Work with Hiring Managers
Talk with department managers and executives.
Understand which positions are open and what type of candidate they want.

2. Create Job Posts
Write job advertisements.

Post them on job portals like:
LinkedIn
Naukri.com
Other job boards.

3. Candidate Sourcing
Search resumes in databases.
Contact potential candidates directly.
Explain job opportunities to them.

4. Screening Candidates
Review incoming applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to check suitability.

5. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Sometimes conduct interviews yourself.

Requirements (What the Company Wants)
Experience
1+ year experience in recruitment sourcing
Preferably someone who has done BPO hiring (Voice / Non-Voice process).

Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher
