Job Description

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations and GFC drawings.
Develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD based on design requirements.
Prepare and revise drawings as per architect/client/consultant comments.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and site teams.
Prepare municipal/submission drawings as required.
Ensure drawings are accurate, properly detailed and issued within project timelines.
Maintain drawing files, revisions and documentation systematically.
Assist with site-related drawing requirements and incorporate site changes.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project standards.

Required Skills
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD – Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and construction detailing.
Good understanding of plans, sections, elevations and working drawings.
Knowledge of DCPR/BMC requirements will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an added advantage.
Good coordination, communication and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Experience in residential, commercial and redevelopment projects in Mumbai will be preferred.
