We are looking for a skilled Momo Maker to prepare fresh handmade momos daily, including veg, chicken, and cheese‑corn varieties. The role involves dough preparation, fillings, chutneys, steaming, frying, plating, and maintaining food quality during live cooking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Prepare fresh handmade veg, chicken, and cheese‑corn momos daily
➡️ Prepare dough, fillings, chutneys, sauces, and coatings
➡️ Steam, deep‑fry, and prepare peri‑peri, cream‑tossed, and kurkure momos
➡️ Handle live cooking and frying during customer orders
➡️ Manage plating, garnishing, packing, and serving
➡️ Maintain ingredient stock, portion sizes, and food quality
➡️ Clean and maintain cooking equipment and workstation
➡️ Work alongside the cart owner during daily operations
Requirements:
➡️ Previous experience working at a momo stall, fast‑food cart, or Chinese food outlet
➡️ Ability to manage orders quickly during rush hours
➡️ Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling of raw chicken
➡️ Ability to work independently when required
➡️ Reliable, punctual, and customer‑friendly
