About the Job

3 POINT is hiring Collection Executives, Drivers, and Labour/Loaders for operations related to the collection and handling of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) from hotels and restaurants. These roles involve fieldwork, depot support, and teamwork to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

All positions come with Salary + PF + ESI, along with performance-based incentives.

🔹 1. Collection Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit hotels, restaurants, and commercial kitchens to collect Used Cooking Oil in 20-litre cans

  • Weigh the collected oil accurately using company-provided equipment

  • Make payments to clients through the company mobile app

  • Maintain proper records of daily collection

  • Work closely with the driver/helper to maximize daily output

  • Follow safety and hygiene standards during collection and handling

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork

  • Basic smartphone knowledge

  • Ability to lift 20-litre cans when needed

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills

  • Prior experience in delivery, field collection, or logistics is an added advantage

🔹 2. Drivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicle safely to various collection points

  • Assist the Collection Executive in loading and unloading oil cans

  • Work as part of a team to achieve maximum daily collection

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues

  • Support field operations for timely and efficient service

Requirements

  • Valid driving license (LMV)

  • Ability to assist with physical work when required

  • Good teamwork and time-management skills

🔹 3. Labour / Loader / Helper (Depot Staff)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading materials at the depot

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

  • Support inventory handling and storage

  • Work with the team for smooth depot operations

Requirements

  • Physically fit and ready for manual work

  • Basic understanding of loading/unloading tasks

  • Prior warehouse or depot experience preferred but not mandatory
