**Position: Business Networking Personnel**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Business Networking Personnel with an engaging personality and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing large-scale events and projects while meeting tight deadlines.

– Coordinate the day-to-day operations of event programs, ensuring seamless execution.
– Schedule calls, meetings, and follow up on all agenda items efficiently.
– Oversee event marketing and planning efforts, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
– Develop and nurture relationships with clientele and corporations for event space and supplies.
– Customize marketing strategies for each event to maximize impact and attendance.
– Utilize creativity to design event spaces, flyers, palm cards, and other promotional materials.
– Negotiate with vendors to optimize event costs and enhance profitability.
– Facilitate meetings with the Event Planning team to identify best practices and address challenges.
– Define the value proposition for event attendees to determine appropriate ticket pricing.
– Provide comprehensive reports on event costs to the management team.
– Generate ideas and propose changes for new events to attract attendees and enhance value.
– Utilize a Customer Relationship Database to manage client and attendee information effectively.

**Job Requirements:**
– Outstanding ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of events.
– Ability to leverage a network of functional partnerships for event success.
– Previous experience in Event Coordination or Management is preferred.
– Proven ability to troubleshoot critical issues and resolve them promptly.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
