Job Description
1. Recognize and strive to meet client’s hiring needs.
2. Thorough research and in depth understanding of clients profile, culture, market status
3. Understand and analyze overall client’s need and requirements(Job description, compensation, role expectations, role analysis) and providing the right solution by right fit.
4. Search, screen and engage with candidates through portals and other channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
5. Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and professional networking.
6. Create and implement recruiting strategies
7. Create and post job advertisements
8. Assess applications and resumes
9. Screen & interview applicants before presenting to the clients.
10. Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and on boarding.
11. Managing the database and creating reports.
Knowledge, Skill & Attitude
1. Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in Human Resources/ Operations Management/ (B.Tech with MBA will be an added advantage)
2. Customer Service and relationship Management.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Well-organized
5. Ability to make reasonable decisions
6. Excellent with prioritization and time-management
