#### About the Role:
The Front Office cum Admin Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to our overall success. This position reports to senior management and involves a blend of reception activities, secretarial duties, and office management.

#### Key Responsibilities:
– Perform reception activities, secretarial and office support functions
– Handle phone calls and visitor management
– Take notes and draft letters
– Make travel arrangements, including booking air/rail tickets, taxis, and hotels
– Maintain records and files
– Compile documents needed for various project approval applications
– Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service of office equipment and facilities
– Conduct external visits for setting up new connections or resolving problems (rare)
– Maintain daily attendance records for office staff and site staff
– Manage important contact information
– Scan documents and handle couriers
– Maintain records of incoming & outgoing mail
– Distribute incoming mails to relevant people
– Distribute drawings received from architects to various project teams
– Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and support requests from other departments
– Schedule meetings both in person and via Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
– Manage office peons and office boys
– Oversee office administration and maintenance

#### Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate from a reputed college
– Organized and methodical
– Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Gmail
– Pleasant and smiling personality
– Multitasker
– Punctual and regular
– Minimum 3-6 years of experience (1 year in a similar role is an advantage)
